ELIGIBLE POPULATIONS:

Families at risk of having children removed due to allegations of abuse or neglect.

Families with children being reintegrated from out-of-home placement.

Families facing special challenges, such as caring for infants and children with developmental disabilities or medical problems.

Families in which the parents are affected by developmental disabilities or medical problems.

Single parent families needing support.

Families in the process of adopting children placed by a county department.

Kinship caregivers.

Families requiring supervised visitation services.
